Beautiful Seniors

Here are a couple sneek peeks of this weeks seniors.  Thanks girls for spending a few hours hiking around the city with me!

Miss S.  All bright, bubbly and full of personality with a smile that wouldn’t quit (even after 3 hours!)  We even got a couple of breaks to wait out the rain.

And Miss A, the quiet beauty.  She put up with whatever I (or her mom) suggested!  We got very lucky with the weather and had amazing light to work with.

I have a couple weekend spots open in July for seniors and August dates are available as well so give me a call!  612.963.2147

Decisions..Decisions

How many 8×10’s of your kids do you have in a box under your bed along with Christmas cards (or high school yearbook) from 1992?  I know you really wanted those photos because they were just so cute but how much of a pain is it to dust around all those frames if you had them all displayed randomly?  That’s why their under your bed..well, part of the reason.  The other part is because most people tend to select photos (a bunch of 8×10’s sound familiar?) without having the bigger picture (pun kinda intended) in their head when they order.  So here it is…

There are 25 designs to choose from from elaborate layouts to simple shelf displays.  And who knows, you may be inspired to create your own layout.

This is my favorite.  I would love it with canvas prints or standouts.  Plus, then you don’t have to wait around for framing; I drop them off, you hang them up.

This is HUGE!  Perfect for the room with vaulted ceilings.

And the coolest part?  You can see how the display will look with your session images.  Based on budget, room size and the photos, I’ll put together sample layouts and include them in your private gallery for viewing.  See, now you know what to do with those photos.  I’ll bet you can see the wall gallery below in your home already..I mean, if they were your kids.

Garage Light and…

I had intentions of heading to the garage (garage light is amazing) and taking a few test shots with my new gray background (i love it)!  Not exactly what I had in mind but we had fun!  Wide angles, up close make for BIG heads!

Seniors 411

I wanted to post quickly about the coolest new item that is included in all of my senior packages, the Senior 411 card.  Basically you choose what you want on your card such as phone number, email, myspace or facebook information and hand them out to your friends before you head off to college!  (Parents, they are also great to include in graduation thank you cards for family members).  All of my senior packages include at least 50 411 cards.  If you order a package, I’ll have three designs for you to choose from.  Of course, I’ll get your input on favorite colors and style so I have an idea of what you would like before I put them together!

Catching Up

I’m still doing a few catch up photos here and there since I’ve returned from Alaska.  I seem to get into slow mode when I come back from a vacation (probably because I’m busy dreaming about living there!)  Here are a few photos of a cute brother and sister team; although teamwork wasn’t at the top of their list, individuality was, so here are their individual brother and sister photos!
