Cute, Seriously

…or cute but certainly not serious.  This was reschedule three or four, I lost track, but I’m glad I got to meet little Miss I and although it was nice out, very relatively speaking, I’m glad mom was up to driving to a couple places so we were sure to get some warm indoor photos as well!

This was her best Madeline look.  Ok, I admit, I had no clue who Madeline was and had to look her up when I got home and now I’m all set for next time.

Ah, the embarassing things I have to say about myself to get the giggles to come out…

Tropical Luau

Just kidding, no more Mexico photo overload.  I’m talking about the senior session with Miss L that I had on Saturday.  She picked the day which just happened to be the warmest day of the coldest month in forever.   It was in fact, sort of…tropical.  Good thing too because I would have been cold just looking at her in short sleeves if it had been as cold as usual.

Each photo session, I learn something…during Miss L’s session I learned not to lead everyone up sloping icy sidewalks!  Sorry L!  I hope your sneak peek makes up for your stumble..a little.

Good Bye My Friend

The good thing about renting lenses is it saves money (for now).  The bad part of renting lenses is they have to be returned.  I extra huge puffy heart the 14-24mm.

Photo 26 - Ike was the last to suffer during my wide angle mania.

(14mm  f2.8  1/50  ISO6400  <–my camera rocks the low light)

Photo 27 - (Hey I’m almost up to speed on the 365 photos in a year project!  Remember, I started on 1.3.2009)  When all else fails, just take another self portrait.  I was playing around with some retro processing.  Very 70’s.  Speaking of the 70’s, although I’m not a Pepsi fan, I loved their Dylan/will.i.am commercial during the superbowl.  It just felt *good*.
