After dodging the rumored morning rain, it was a beautiful morning for a session yesterday.   These two little guys kept me on my feet and even mom and dad had me sweating on the hike down to the river.  Maybe I should start charging extra for that!  Nah, totally worth it since they were all awesome to work with….and extra cute on top of it!

Yup, the belly button is still there!

Thanks to “J” along with his brother and dad who made the trip back to the old  ‘hood’ for his senior photos.   I,  of course, love my neighborhood (which used to be their neighborhood long ago) and think it’s cool when families or seniors choose a location for their session that holds meaning for them!

That’s about all I can say about this senior;  wow, those eyes!  I couldn’t bring myself to convert any of these to black and white.  Thanks Miss E for crawling out of bed so early for photos, well early for a soon-to-be senior on summer vacation.    I couldn’t have asked for better light!

She wasn’t so sure about the ’serious face’  but I just love this one I got before she started smiling again…

…of having a photographer in the family if we never get photos”, is what I always hear.  So here are some of those ‘photos we never get’.   (admittedly a month late…)

I had the honor of attending the hottest wedding on Saturday night which happened to be my first wedding (and probably my only!)  But I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding to photograph!  I hope you guys are having an amazing honeymoon!
