Beautiful morning for a session.  Outdoors no less, in October!  If was sleepy before the session (okay, I was) there was none of that after my session with these two.  Leaves in my hair and tricks up my sleeve, it was nothing but laughs and fun.

I love love love this photo!  Every now and then I’d catch Mr. E looking at his big sister as if he were looking for her guidance when we were all playing.  It was so sweet.  I love the admiration little kids have for their older siblings.  It’s probably easily forgotten during screaming matches and in the busyness of every day life but captured in little moments like this.

A quick share of my nieces and nephew!    They came to visit last week and I have to say, I’m a little impressed that I already have their photos posted…but they were too cute to let sit around untouched for too long.

Last evening the light could not have been more perfect!  It was a special session for mom who just got back from a deployment to Afghanistan so I’m extra happy the crazy summer weather decided to cooperate.  As you scroll through the post, I think dad was happy everything turned out so perfectly as well….

Little Mr. M had to show me all of his spiderman moves.  No matter how many times he climbed, flipped and fell, he managed to avoid the grass stains that sometimes occupy my photoshop time!

And a sweet capture just moments after dad popped the question…and the answer was yes.   Congratulations!

After two other sessions in her first year, I was privileged enough to be able to take photos of little Miss H as she turned 1!  Happy Birthday!

For a moment, in our long string of grey days, there was a bit of sunshine just in time for an evening session with 3 month old little Baby K and his very proud parents!  Although our session was indoors, a little sun always puts everyone in a better mood!
