Un-Hibernating

Whew, that was a long winter.  I survived under multiple sweatshirts and fuzzy blankets all while wondering why I live in Minnesota!  But of course, spring, summer and fall are the reasons.

So back to my poor, neglected blog.  I’ll start with the most recent and go from there while hoping the warm weather will inspire me to get back to taking more personal photos.

Jase had a trip to DC this past week, conveniently during the National Cherry Blossom Festival.   I tagged along to visit a few museums and monuments. Unfortunately, I came away thinking the festival was overrated (not to mention, it was colder there than here at home!) but luckily, I’m a museum junkie and could still go back there ten more times and not see everything I want to!  So certainly not a trip wasted by any means.

Here are just a few photos to share of my trip and I hope everyone enjoys the weekend!

Heading into 2011

No better way to say goodbye to 2010 and hello to 2011 than a sweet newborn post!  Happy New Year to everyone!

Baby & Big Brother

I was happy to spend some time with little Mr. C and his sister Miss H who are both newcomers to the area.  Mom and Dad decided to move up just in time to experience the wonders of the frozen tundra…from the deep south.  Dad knows what he’s in for…mom, not so much!  Good luck!

Road Trip

What better reason to come to Minneapolis, all the way from Iowa, for some senior photos and a girls weekend!  And with one shot at this session, we could not have had better weather!  I’m really going to miss fall!

Enjoying Fall

What a beautiful fall it has been!  I wish this weather would stick around for a few more months but I’ll take what I can get.  Here are a few photos with Miss ‘K’ who tried to trick me into thinking she was shy!
